Fx3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the fx3 platform via our website or mobile app, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ours.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the fx3 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the fx3 platform.

2. Account Creation & User Eligibility

To use fx3's services, you are required to create a valid account. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must register with accurate and complete personal details, including your full name, active phone number, and a valid email address.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Fx3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information and compliance with platform policies.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As an fx3 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of the fx3 platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Misusing promotions or bonuses in any way that goes against the terms set for each offer.
• Using your account for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent from fx3.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and fx3 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fx3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and the TNG eWallet digital wallet.

Deposit

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Fx3 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Deposits whose source cannot be verified may be held until full identity verification is completed.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to successful identity verification.
• Fx3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
• Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraud or illegal activity will be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

Fx3 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction found to be in breach of these terms or applicable law.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Liability Limits

Fx3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and fx3 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of any information displayed.

Account Suspension & Closure

Fx3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: (a) the user breaches any term in this document; (b) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account; (c) the user fails to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe; (d) at the user's own request. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the fx3 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of fx3 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from fx3.

Third-Party Links

The fx3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. fx3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Fx3 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
