Fx3 Privacy Policy — User Data Protection

This policy clearly outlines how fx3 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information as a user of our online entertainment platform in Malaysia.

1. Information We Collect

Fx3 collects several categories of information when you use our platform. This collection is necessary to ensure your account functions correctly and to provide a secure user experience:

Account Information

During registration, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number and password (in encrypted form). This information is used to verify your identity and enable access to your account.

Payment Information

To process deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR), we retain transaction records including the payment method used (FPX or TNG eWallet), amount and transaction time. Full bank account numbers are not stored by fx3 — they are processed directly through approved payment providers.

Device & Browser Information

We automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address and screen resolution. This helps us optimise the user experience across smartphones and various device types.

Usage Data

We record activity within the platform, including games played, active session duration, navigation clicks, and account settings preferences. This data is used for platform improvement and account security.

2. Purpose of Use of Information

Information collected by fx3 is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Account management: To create, verify and maintain user accounts securely.
  • Transaction processing: To accurately and securely process deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions in MYR.
  • Platform security: To detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the platform.
  • Service improvement: To understand usage patterns and improve the quality of the platform's interface, performance and content.
  • Communications: To send account-related notifications, transaction confirmations and important service information.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Fx3 will not use your information for third-party marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Cookies & Session Tracking

Fx3 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep the platform running smoothly and to deliver a personalised experience. The types of cookies we use are:

  • Session cookies: Required to maintain your login status during an active session. This cookie is automatically deleted when you close your browser.
  • Preference cookies: Saves your language, timezone and display preferences so you don't have to reconfigure them each time.
  • Analytics cookies: Collects anonymised usage data to understand navigation patterns and improve the platform interface.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may affect the login functionality and overall experience on the fx3 platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Fx3 takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction:

  • All data transmitted between your device and fx3 servers is protected using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • Account passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be read in their original state by any party, including fx3 staff.
  • Internal access to user data is restricted to staff who require it to carry out their duties only.
  • Transaction data is retained for as long as required by Malaysian law or for the duration your account remains active, whichever is longer.

While we apply best-in-class security measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches. You are also responsible for keeping your password and personal devices secure.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Fx3 does not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes. However, in certain circumstances, your information may be shared with:

  • Payment providers: Information required to process FPX and TNG eWallet transactions is shared with approved payment providers, subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Technical service providers: Companies that support the platform infrastructure (such as server hosting and cybersecurity) may require limited access to data in order to carry out their functions.
  • Legal authorities: fx3 will disclose information to the relevant authorities when required to do so by law, court order or legitimate regulatory requirements.

All third parties we engage are required to uphold data protection standards equivalent to those in this policy.

6. Your Rights as a User & Policy Changes

Access Rights & Correction

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you at any time. If you find any information that is inaccurate or outdated, you can update it through your account settings or by contacting fx3 support at [email protected].

Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within 30 working days, subject to minimum data retention requirements mandated under Malaysian law.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
